In this case, the plant is named for St. John. also known as the Baptist. However, information about St. John's Wort predates Christianity. White Willow & Valerian Combination (Eight®) [Nervous] provides nutrients that must be present for proper nervous system function, such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, selenium and zinc. It contains: White willow bark, Black cohosh root, Capsicum fruit, Valerian root, Ginger root, Hops Flowers, Wood betony herb and Devil's claw root. Take two capsules with a meal three times daily.
