I hope you found last month’s Herb Specialist Bulletin interesting, and the accompanying flowchart on the immune system very useful. I always keep a bottle of Ultimate Echinacea Liquid Extract in my fridge in case I start having cold or flu symptoms. It works really well the moment you feel as if a cold is coming on – nip it in the bud, so to speak. In December I shall be covering the Nervous System so that you’ll know how to get through the stressful weeks leading up to and during Christmas.                                                    

Talking of Christmas – is it really only seven weeks away?! – you may be interested in some natural health gifts from Nature’s Sunshine. P.S. It may be a good idea to keep the flowcharts and Herb Specialist Bulletins in a ring binder for example, so that you can refer to them should the need arise. Over the coming months you can then add to your collection until you have the complete set of system flowcharts and a description of each product.
