It seems that every week I hear of someone who has been diagnosed with cancer. It is extremely distressing for the person with the illness and also their family and friends. I have provided information in previous newsletters about the Nutritional Cancer Therapy Trust who have had success in treating people with all types of cancer, including liver cancer.

The scientists at Nature’s Sunshine have also spent years researching the healing properties of the Paw Paw tree and some time ago produced a product called Paw Paw Cell-Reg. The research information suggests that the bioactive compounds in Paw Paw Cell-Reg will prevent the growth of cancer cells and shrink tumours. To date, 130 cancer patients have experienced positive benefits such as the decrease in the size of tumours, lowered levels of tumour antigens and generalised improvement.

Nature’s Sunshine has advised that Paw Paw Cell-Reg can be taken alongside any chemotherapy treatment. However it is not advisable to take Paw Paw with nutritional supplements like CoQ10, thyroid stimulators or large amounts of strong antioxidants. This is because the paw paw can be used to inhibit the growth of the cancer cells and so encourage the death of the cancer cells, whereas the nutritional supplements enhance energy production in the cells.

How to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle

Avoid aerosols

You might have heard on the news recently that aerosol air fresheners are harmful to your health. It makes sense when you think about it. If you spray a substance into the air, you will ultimately breathe in that substance. If there are chemicals in the spray, then you breathe in the chemicals.

Hairspray has to be one of the worst aerosols around. Just think about the stickiness of hairspray. Would you really want to breathe that spray into your lungs?

Fly killer spray is another dangerous substance. It contains poison. Need I say more?

Aerosol antiperspirants are not only dangerous because of the spray but most antiperspirants and deodorants contain aluminium. This enters your body through the pores in your skin and can cause health problems.

Protect Your Heart

Smoking is the big danger to your heart. 6-10 cigarettes a day doubles your risk of a heart attack. 20 a day quadruples the risk and 40 a day or more is a 9-fold risk of an attack.

Protect your heart and consider these supplements:

Lower your Sugar Intake
