NATRIA – the new natural
skincare range Nature's Sunshine has recently launched a new range of skin care, body care and
hair care products called Natria. The new range was launched at
the National Meeting in September but I was able to try it out for myself at
a recent workshop. What is important to remember is that healthy, beautiful
skin is achieved by caring for your body both internally and externally. The
foods and supplements you consume help nourish your skin from the inside, but
just as important are the nutrients required on the outside for your skin's
health and well being. Natria is an innovative personal care
product I'm very pleased with the way they are absorbed into the skin without leaving a greasy residue. There are products for all types of skin and they have even developed a Skin Type Analysis testing kit which costs just 50p. It's always worth checking to see if you have dry/normal or combination/oily skin. The Natria product catalogue (Stock No: 6201) is £1.50 and contains good advice on how to take care of your skin. You can also buy samples of everything to

This issue’s testimonials are all about the Chinese Cleanse
and its benefits. Not only does it help to shift a few pounds of weight –
great if you’ve just joined a weight loss class or have reached a plateau in

post. During a recent Nature’s Sunshine
evening, one of the many products discussed was the Chinese Cleanse. I had
for many years suffered with an ‘evacuation’ problem – to put it politely! I
would often not ‘go’ for four or five days. You can imagine this was, to say
the least, quite uncomfortable, leaving me feeling bloated and run down. It
was obvious that the toxins in the bowel were recirculating, another result
of this being occasional bad breath. I opened an account with Nature’s
Sunshine that evening as I could clearly see that there were products that
could help me, and it seemed sensible to be able to buy them at wholesale
prices. I found the Chinese Cleanse worked
brilliantly. Not only did it very quickly regulate my evacuation, but even
after the 10-day course I continued to be regular. In order to keep up the
good work I now take Liquid Chlorophyll daily, a very mild cleanser based on
the ‘blood’ of the alfalfa plant. I keep Cascara Sagrada at home just in case
I become blocked again but have had no reason to use it. Nature’s Sunshine recommends that a
Chinese Cleanse is beneficial to everyone twice a year. I shall not hesitate
to follow this advice. This kind of problem is one that some
people find difficult to discuss. But I can assure anyone with the same
symptoms that I now feel generally healthier than I did previously and would
thoroughly recommend the Chinese Cleanse. Whatever health problem you may suffer from, I highly recommend the
Chinese Tiao He Cleanse. I’m firmly convinced that it accelerates the beneficial
effects of any other NSP herbs or nutritional products used. It has worked
for me on several occasions, including one for an ear infection (IGSII) and
another for an itchy rash (BP-X and Aloe Vera Gel). The Chinese Cleanse
