You may remember that Nature’s Sunshine recently held a day of workshops. Everyone was invited to this free day and I always love meeting friends I haven’t seen for a while.
Finally, I hope, like me, you all detoxed during January and are now feeling less sluggish with more vitality.
Lynne Gully SKIN CARE AND MAKE-UP WORKSHOPS I recently went to a make-up workshop at Terry Bosshard’s house where Ruby Robinson, a make-up expert, taught us all how to apply make-up for “The Classic Look”. Ruby charged only £8 for the day, which was excellent value and we all really enjoyed ourselves learning various ways to make us look beautiful. Ruby is now offering more workshops in February,
March and April on both make-up and skin care. Thursday 27 February – Skin care 1 - 10.30am- to
3pm Monday 10 March – Make-up 1 – 10.30am to 3pm Wednesday 26 March – Make-up 2 – 10.30am to 3pm Thursday 3 April – Skin care 1 – 10.30am to 3pm Thursday 24 April – Skin care 2 – 10.30am to 3pm Please ring

IMMUNE BOOSTING SUPPLEMENTS Antibiotics are used to
kill bacteria and don't have any effect on viruses. Antibiotics may kill the
bad bacteria but they also deplete the good bacteria in your body. If you
boost your immune system by increasing the natural fighters in your body you
are more likely to get well and stay well. Nature's Sunshine products are
designed to boost your immune system and so give your
body
the ability to fight the viral or bacterial infections. There are many supplements
that boost the immune system and I've enclosed a list
of the main ones to really give yourself a boost. If you have any questions
or would like a more detailed fact sheet on any
of the products then either give me a call or send an email. |

THE
IMPORTANCE OF DRINKING WATER I am
constantly reminding everyone to drink plenty of pure water, as does Peter
Klein. As he explains, nutrients have to be absorbed from the gut into the
bloodstream and then transferred across the cell membranes into the cells.
Until those nutrients are inside your cells, they can't do you any good. If
you rehydrate your body by drinking 2 litres of water a day, your vitamin and
mineral supplement will then be much more effective. Lecithin, essential
fatty acids (Omega 3 fish oil and Flaxseed Oil) and Aloe Vera Juice will help
your body to rehydrate faster. Don't wait until you are |
