I’ve had an excellent time recently. My sister, Judith, and I had a stand at the Natural Health Show in Cardiff on 28 and 29 April. We had so many people coming to our stand to complete a Lifestyle Analysis that it was almost 4 o’clock before we had chance to eat our lunch, both days! I gave a free lecture on why we all need to supplement our diets – did you know that today there are between 40% and 75% less minerals in the soil, and in our food, than fifty years ago? Minerals are an essential part of health and vital to overall mental and physical wellbeing. New Products Now Available! There are now a
number of products available in the UK that were until recently only
available from the USA. Here are just a few that I’m particularly impressed
with… Food Enzymes – this
