Here is just one of the letters this month, but please keep sending them
to me together with any questions or comments you may have. I have been suffering from ME for seven years as a
result of long-term stress. I was unable to walk and lost control of my
limbs. During these seven years I contracted shingles on two occasions and
gastro-enteritis on three occasions. This left me with constant fatigue,
poor circulation and the inability to grip properly. Even walking up the
stairs left me feeling shattered. I was introduced to Nature’s Sunshine three
