The First Step to a Healthier Body

Before starting any nutritional programme it would be beneficial to ‘spring clean’ your body to increase absorption of nutrients and to eliminate toxins that have built up in your body over the years. After getting the dreaded flu bug at Christmas, I felt very weak and low for a while afterwards. It also left me with a cough that just wouldn’t go away. I’d taken penicillin at Christmastime as I’m asthmatic and need to prevent any possible infection from spreading to my chest. I don’t particularly like taking them so I decided to suffer with the cough even though my doctor suggested I take more antibiotics!! But after two bottles of cough medicine later, still no joy.
