LIQUID SUPPLEMENTS Many people tell me that
they are low in energy and feel worn out, edgy, angry and sad. This is what
it feels like to be toxic. You can’t see these toxins but you can feel them
as moods of fatigue, anxiety, illness, anger, depression, headaches,
backaches, rashes and raw nerves. It is not always easy to make lifestyle
changes such as eating more healthily or taking up yoga so I often suggest
that people take nutritional supplements to give their daily nutritional
intake a boost. Nutritional supplements also reduce the toxic levels in our
bodies, which gives us more energy and puts us on the road to better health. Some people find it
difficult to swallow tablets or capsules and others only want a vegetarian
option. I buy my nutritional supplements from a company called Nature’s
Sunshine and they have many liquid supplements available, which are all
vegetarian. These are so easy to take and are easily absorbed into the

supplements available from Nature’s Sunshine and how each of them helps to
improve your health. It is advisable to keep the liquid supplements in the
fridge once you have opened them but it is okay to take them with you on long

Minerals – a liquid mineral supplement that contains 64 different
minerals in a natural citrus flavoured liquid. Minerals are an essential part of health and vital
to overall mental and physical wellness. Although minerals are involved in

bones and connective tissues and help with the proper development of

externally. I always gargle with Colloidal Silver in warm water at the first
sign of a sore throat or cold and it immediately prevents it from taking
hold. Make sure you swallow it after gargling for the full effect. You can
put neat colloidal silver in your eyes if you have an eye infection. Use it
on your skin to reduce the inflammation caused by burns, dermatitis, eczema
or psoriasis etc. Colloidal silver does not sting so you can use it to clean
wounds and so prevent infections. You can even put it onto your pets’ food if
they have a cold or infection, as they cannot detect any taste. I always keep

Aloe
Vera Juice - Aloe’s soothing action
helps to treat constipation, colitis, Crohn’s disease, diarrhoea, dysentery,
peptic ulcers, haemorrhoids, irritable bowel syndrome, and rectal itching.
Aloe vera is successful in relieving pain, reducing inflammation, and stimulating
bone growth, so helping to heal arthritis. Aloe vera juice helps improve
allergies by enhancing the removal of allergens and toxins from the body. Stock

& Fennel Combination (formerly ALJ) This liquid is recommended for allergies, asthma,
bronchitis, coughs, diarrhea, dyspepsia, earaches, hay fever, insomnia, nasal
drainage, respiratory tract infection, sinus congestion, and swollen glands. Stock no: 3166. Chamomile & Yerba Santa Combination Extract - Used against the common cold, particularly when it
is accompanied by chills, fever, headaches, muscle aches, and nausea. It is
especially helpful for deep coughs and weakened lungs. Also helps break up
congestion and expel mucus, relaxes muscle spasms, and stimulates the immune
system to fight infection. It may also be rubbed onto the chest and throat to
be absorbed through the skin. Stock no: 3165. Olive Leaf Extract - eliminates chronic bacterial and viral
infections, even after unsuccessful antibiotic treatment. It is also beneficial
against athlete’s foot, thrush, vaginal yeast infections, and stubborn
toenail fungus. Olive leaf extract relieves the debilitating symptoms
associated with chronic fatigue syndrome, Epstein-Barr and fibromyalgia. It
is proven to be the first successful, natural treatment against herpes
simplex type I which is associated with the development of cold sores and
skin eruptions, as well as herpes keratitis (inflammation of the cornea of
the eye). Clinical trials have confirmed that olive leaf extract lowers blood
pressure, normalizes heart beat irregularities and relieves angina pain. Not

(formerly LB extract) - is a liquid herbal laxative formula for adults or
children. It stimulates peristaltic action in the colon, decreases abdominal
cramping and alleviates constipation. Stock no: 1794. Black Walnut Extract – treats hemorrhoids and expels a variety of
intestinal parasites, worms and yeast. Black walnut is a good source of
iodine and acts as a thyroid stimulant. Stock no: 1755. Liquid Chlorophyll – used in the treatment of anemia, as there exists an
almost identical molecular structure between chlorophyll and red blood cells.
Chlorophyll helps to remove drug deposits from the body, and negates the
harmful effects of radiation, toxins and many carcinogens. It stimulates
peristaltic action in the colon, relieving constipation. Chlorophyll also
improves liver function and encourages the regeneration of damaged liver

Echinacea Blend Extract - a
powerful combination of three types of the echinacea roots –purpurea,
angustifolia and pallida. A well-known and effective immune strengthener.
Taken at the first sign of a cold or flu Echinacea can either stop or greatly
shorten the duration of symptoms. Stock No: 3181. Echinacea/Goldenseal Extract – Both
these herbs are known as natural antibiotics and the combination is very
powerful. At the first sign of a cough or cold place 15-20 drops of this
liquid in your mouth and hold it there for a couple of minutes. Repeat this
every hour for 3 or 4 hours, as it will stop the virus from multiplying. (Do
not take if pregnant). Stock no: 3180. Dandelion & Purslane (formerly VS-C Liquid
Extract) Very
effective at fighting viral infections for both adults and children. I always
take this before, during and after a flight as it prevents me picking up the
circulating viruses on the aeroplane. Stock no: 3167. Oregon Grape Extract – improves skin complaints and helps restore the skin to a clear, smooth
condition following any type of skin disease or illness including acne,
eczema, and psoriasis. Oregon grape also enhances the production of bile,
which assists the liver in eliminating stored toxins. Stock no: 3395. Pau D’arco Extract – is particularly effective against fungus and viral
infections of the mouth, nose, and throat. Is also used in cases of
candidiasis, chlamydia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn’s disease, leukemia,
lupus and Raynaud’s disease. To clear up athlete’s foot just soak your feet
in warm water with 15 drops of Pau D’arco liquid added to the water and
repeat daily until the fungus has disappeared. It only takes a few days. Stock

that helps relieve anxiety and nervous tension. It relaxes muscular and
nervous tension in the gastrointestinal tract and is also helpful for
