Boost Your Immune System – Part Three

Last month I told you that one of the early warning signs of a weakened immune system is a feeling of being bloated and/or constipated. I gave you tips on how to alleviate constipation and I hope you are feeling much better if you needed to follow my advice.

AVIAN FLU

We’ve all been reading a lot about the possibility of avian flu causing many deaths. There have actually been only 60 deaths worldwide to date and these were people directly in contact with birds and living in Asia. There has not been one case of the virus passing from human to human.

One of the most important factors to remember against any flu virus is that we need to keep our immune systems strong and healthy.

There are many products that help to boost the immune system such as:
