Nutritional Therapy

Regular exercise, drinking pure water and a good, balanced diet are the basic building blocks required for our body's growth, and the ongoing maintenance and repair of skin, hair, bone and muscle cells.

We know that good nutrition is the vital key to good health, and yet some western diets still seem to lack many of the essential ingredients.

It may be true that we are what we eat, but more importantly, we are what we eat and assimilate! In other words, it is important that the body absorbs maximum nutrition from the food we eat. It has also been assessed that up to half the food we eat may be over processed and nutrient deficient.

Modern day living brings its own problems; our environment, pollution, stress and illnesses can put our bodies under tremendous pressure.

The ideal way to obtain the nutrition your body needs is through a balanced diet of good food, lots of water and regular exercise. Sometimes though, we need a little help and this is where supplementation can assist you but remember not all vitamins are created equal.
